Orders placed until 13.00 on weekdays and Saturdays are delivered to the cargo on the same day. Subsequent orders are shipped the next business day.
When your order is shipped, cargo delivery information will be automatically sent to you by e-mail.
As soon as you create an order, your invoice will be sent to your e-mail address. If for any reason your invoice has not arrived at your e-mail address, we can resend it to you as soon as possible upon request.
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store at the moment.
Return period is 14 days. You can exchange or return the product you purchased, which does not fit you or that you do not use, is not damaged, and has its original box and labels, with a different size within 14 days.

If you choose the MNG cargo - Shipink application with which we have an agreement, we will cover the shipping fee. If you choose a cargo company other than this one for the return, the shipping fee is borne by the customer.
For payments made by credit card, the refund amount will be returned to your bank on the day your refund request is approved. The reflection of this amount in your accounts after it is transferred to the bank is entirely related to the bank's transaction process. It may take an average of 1-3 days for the amount refunded to your credit card to be reflected in your account by the bank.
